Vleurgat 294, 1050 Brussels and listed in the database of “Banque Carrefour des Entreprises”
under registered company number 0654.944.493.
The following terms and conditions define the respective obligations of the parties involved,
without prejudice to the application of other particular provisions. This agreement applies to all
orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as”you”) with A LINE STORY (hereinafter
referred to as “we” or “us” or “A LINE STORY”) through our website.
By using the services of www.alinestory.com and/or placing an order for any of our items you
declare you have read this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set
A LINE STORY may amend these terms and conditions of sale at any time.
2.1. Capacity to contract
All customers declare to have the capacity to enter into contract pursuant to the conditions set
herein, i.e. only persons who have the legal majority in their country of residence.
The customer, by accepting this agreement, accepts not to place any fraudulent order. Should this

Once you have placed an order and paid, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation
with the details of your order, the selected items, the amount paid and an order number.
3. Product availability
The description, attributes, images and designs displayed on the website are provided for
information purposes, mostly by our suppliers. In particular, A LINE STORY shall bear no
liability for any difference in the perception of shapes and colors between the images or designs
displayed and the actual products.
We guarantee to process all orders received within the limits of available stocks or provided our
suppliers have the item in stock.
In case one or more items are not available, we shall inform the customer as soon as possible via
telephone or e-mail. We shall either propose to exchange the item or to cancel the order and
refund the amount paid by the customer.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time according to the availability of
The prices are displayed in Euros, all taxes included.
As our suppliers’ prices and fees constantly evolve, the prices displayed on the website may vary
at any moment.
The prices do not include shipping costs, gift wrapping costs, promotional discounts or personal
discounts, indicated before the final order confirmation.
The prices include the statutory Belgian Value Added Tax applicable on the day of the order and
any changes in the VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of items displayed on the
website, from the date stipulated by the Royal Decree of execution.
The customer can pay the order online using a credit card (Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American
Express) via the Hay Group PayNet system.
The products remain property of A LINE STORY until the payment is processed.
The items on sale on our website are available for delivery in all countries of the European
A LINE STORY exercises the utmost diligence in processing orders and will endeavor to
dispatch your order in the fastest possible time.
Delivery time depends on the carrier and the place of delivery.
Delivery time is indicated for information. If the delivery takes longer than scheduled, the
customer shall not be entitled to any compensations.
6.1. Delivery methods in Belgium and abroad
Standard delivery via B Post
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday morning, except bank holidays.
Shipping costs may vary according to the weight and volume of the items ordered. You will be
informed of these costs before final confirmation of your order.
The parcel is handled by the Post service and delivered to the shipping address provided by the
customer, who must sign for delivery. In case of absence during delivery, a delivery notice will
be left in your mailbox and you can collect your parcel at the closest post office.
The parcels are stored in the local post office for 15 days. In case the parcel is not collected by
the date indicated, the products will be returned to A LINE STORY. A LINE STORY reserves the
right to refund the price of the products, but the customer remains liable for the shipping costs
and return costs.
Delivery by A LINE STORY
According to the size and weight of the product, A LINE STORY also offers delivery to the
customer’s address for a cost of 75 €, by appointment via telephone or e-mail.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, a second delivery can be rescheduled at the customer’s

During delivery, any risks of loss or damage are transferred to the Customer as well as any
damages the items may cause.
8. Withdrawal of order and returns
The customer may cancel or return an order until 14 days after receipt of the ordered items,
without any additional charges, except the return costs of the items.
The customer shall return the products at his/her own risk within the aforementioned period to: A

The customer is liable for the shipping costs and may choose his/her preferred shipping method
except in case of faulty items or order process error. In these cases, return costs are covered by A
The returned items must be intact in their original packaging, in perfect conditions for resale.
The items should not have been used, damaged or soiled. Should the items be damaged,
incomplete or should the original packaging be deteriorated, the price will not be refunded.
In case you wish to withdraw an order, you may be entitled to the reimbursement of the amount
paid. A LINE STORY will endeavor to refund the customer within 30 days.
9. Limited liability – Force majeure
A LINE STORY is not liable for the non-performance of contract in case of shortages of stock,
force majeure, disruption, total or partial strike of postal services, carriers and/or communication
services, flood or fire.
10. Privacy and protection of personal data
Personal data information is compulsory and necessary to process and deliver your orders and to

12. Applicable law and competent Courts
All disputes are subject to exclusive resolution by Courts and Tribunals of the jurisdiction where
